New Baytown Logistics Hub Marks Expansion
deugro (USA), Inc. has expanded its operations in the Houston area by opening a second warehouse facility in Baytown. The Cedar-Port Operations and Logistics Terminal (COLT) is now operational and complements deugro’s existing Baytown facility.
Located at 2828 FM 1405, COLT spans 47 acres, offering over 2 million square feet of laydown and indoor storage space. The facility features a 165,000-square-foot indoor warehouse, a 40-acre outdoor concrete hardstand, 214 dock doors, and 935 trailer parks. It is fully equipped to store hazardous materials and operates 24/7, providing clients in the project logistics and supply chain industries with extensive capabilities.
Strategically positioned near the Houston Ship Channel and major port terminals, COLT ensures efficient access to Houston’s transportation network. Future plans include adding specialized material handling equipment and establishing a Free-Trade Zone to further enhance operations.
With high demand for warehouse and laydown space in the region, COLT is expected to serve both new and existing clients, reinforcing deugro USA’s commitment to delivering top-tier logistics solutions.

🌳Congratulations Mont Belvieu on the grand opening of Deerfield Park! 🎉 This park has many great features like a climbing structure, musical elements, and a non-verbal communication board.

Wednesday’s Quiz - What is a surprising fact about porcupine quills?
