Want to Be a 'Bird Buddy'?
Volunteers are needed to refill bird feeders at Baytown Nature Center!
Baytown Nature Center is calling on nature lovers to help refill bird feeders and support migratory bird growth. As a designated spot on the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail, the center provides habitat for 317 bird species, including resident and neo-tropical migrants.
Volunteers can sign up for a recurring schedule—whether weekly, biweekly, or monthly—to refill feeders and complete a short survey about wildlife sightings. This is a perfect opportunity for those who can commit to a regular schedule and have a passion for local wildlife. Supplies are provided, and park admission is included!
Help keep Baytown Nature Center a haven for birds and enjoy the beauty of this special place.
