IKEA-Leased Property, Nearly 1 Million Sq. Ft. in Baytown Sold
 

MCH purchased two Class A buildings within Cedar Port Industrial Park in Baytown. Cedar Port Industrial Park is the largest master-planned, rail-and-barge-served industrial park in the United States and the fifth largest globally.

The 996,000-square-foot property, fully leased to IKEA, benefits from strategic location and infrastructure. IKEA has recently made efforts to boost sales by lowering prices.

The primary goal of this plan is to reduce long-term risks to human life and property through well-thought-out and effective mitigation strategies.
