San Jacinto Marketplace Moves Forward!
The San Jacinto Marketplace project in Baytown broke ground on October 3, 2024, marking the start of a transformative development that will bring 500,000 square feet of retail space, along with residential, office, and hotel facilities. With community spaces like Pelican Green, the marketplace aims to be a hub for shopping, dining, and social events. Construction is underway, with retail and restaurant announcements expected soon.
